Closing Day

If you have come this far, then this means that it is almost time for congratulations, but not yet. So do not forget to tie up these loose ends

 

Final Walk-Through Inspection

The final inspection occurs a few days before the closing. The buyer will visit the property to verify that everything is in working order, everything is the same as when you last viewed the property, that there are no extra items left behind, that all repairs (if any) were completed, and that everything included in your purchase is still at the property.

Closing

The closing agent will furnish all parties involved with a settlement statement.  You and the buyer(s) will sign this statement and the closing agent, certifying its accuracy. you may elect to have your proceeds wired electronically or have a check presented at closing.
